She is a trained GEM (Gender Evaluation Methodology for ICT 4 D project) practitioner and is currently engaged in Gender Evaluation of E gram Suraj scheme of Chhattisgarh.

Prof. Vijendrakumar Narendraprasad Shukla is Director and heads Multilingual Software Research and Development Lab at CDAC Noida since last 11 years. He has served as Assistant Professor / Lecturer in various academic institutions linked with University of Pune, Marathwada University, University of Bombay and I.I.T.Roorkee. He is a member of various professional bodies like IETE, IEEE, ISTE.
