This is the ninth meeting on retrosynthesis and heterocyclic chemistry organised by SCI’s Young Chemists’ Panel. The course will comprise a series of lectures and highly interactive small group problem-solving sessions. Each tutorial group will be supported by a Young Chemists’ Panel member. On the final day, there will be the opportunity to present results to the whole group as part of a team problem-solving event, where the skills learned in the first two days will be applied to the synthesis of real-life target molecules from the pharmaceuticals industry.
